We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect:

Cloud Save Data
To sync your game progress across devices, we use platform-provided cloud services:

This data is stored and managed by Apple and Google respectively, under their own privacy policies.
Purchase Data
In-app purchases (such as "Remove Ads") are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We receive a purchase receipt to verify the transaction but do not collect or store any payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.).
Local Data
Our apps store the following data locally on your device only:
- Level progress and completion status
- Sound and display preferences
- Purchase verification status
This data is never transmitted to our servers.
Sharing Features
Our apps include a screenshot sharing feature that uses your device's native share functionality. Screenshots are generated locally and shared directly through your operating system's share sheet. No screenshot data is uploaded to our servers.
Device Identifiers
A device-unique identifier is used locally as a cryptographic salt for data integrity checks (tamper detection). This identifier is never transmitted to any server.
Analytics Data
We may use third-party analytics services (such as Firebase Analytics or Unity Analytics) to collect anonymized usage data, including app launch frequency, session duration, and crash reports. This data is used solely to improve app stability and user experience. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise location.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we process your information based on the following legal grounds:
- Consent: Collection of advertising data for personalized ads is based on your consent, obtained through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent framework. You may withdraw consent at any time through the consent dialog or your device settings.
- Contractual Necessity: Processing purchase receipts is necessary for fulfilling in-app purchase transactions.

- Delete cloud save data: Manage through your iCloud account settings (iOS) or Google Play Games settings (Android)
- Opt out of personalized ads: Adjust ad personalization in your device settings
- Reset advertising identifier: Reset your AAID or IDFA through device settings
- Request data deletion: Contact us at contact@binboxgames.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 30 days
Data Deletion Process
To request deletion of your data, send an email to contact@binboxgames.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include the platform (iOS or Android) you use.
Upon request, we will delete your cloud save data. Local data on your device is automatically removed when you uninstall the app. Payment information is managed by Apple or Google and is subject to their respective policies. Advertising data is managed by Google AdMob under Google's data policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
